We may collect and store aggregate data from the information supplied by you to help us to understand our users as a group to enable us to provide our users with a better service. You consent to us using information provided by you (including without limitation, sensitive personal data) in each of these ways.
Gulf CV Specialists will process any data which you provide in completing the online registration and any further forms, assessments or personal details which you complete or provide us when using this site in accordance with UK data protection legislation. We hearby exclude any such liability, whether in contract, tort (including for negligence) or otherwise. We hereby exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to this web site and your use of it to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify Gulf CV Specialists and keep us indemnified against all cost, expenses, claims, losses, liabilities or proceedings arising from use or misuse by you of this site. You must notify us immediately if anyone makes or threatens to make any claim against you relating to your use of this site.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement and any dispute or matter arising from or incidental to your use of the Web Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("Hong Kong") and both you and the Company submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
Modifications to terms and conditions and invalidity.
Gulf CV Specialists reserve the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which this website is offered. This right shall not effect the existing terms and conditions accepted by you upon making a legitimate purchase using this website.
You will be deemed to accept the terms and conditions (as amended) when you next use this site following any amendment.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Payment Options
Full Payment
Payment for Professional CV Writing Service is payable in advance by Credit or Debit card but does not include American Express. Payments may be taken online or by telephone to an advisor.
CV Writing Service:
Telephone Consultation and CV composed in accordance with the quotation provided by a Telephone Advisor.
Completion of Service:
Following your consultation you may receive up to 2 questionnaires, 1 general and 1 specificly relating to your job title and industry. Following the submission of your 2nd questionnaire, if required, you will receive your CV by email within 5 working days. All CVs will be in Microsoft Word, however will be provided in .pdf format if requested.
In order to fully fulfill some of our services the following information is required to be included in clients’ CV/resume: Name ( including first, second and last), address (including complete address with city and country of residence), contact number, email address, desired job title, experience details (including designation, employers’ names, location and start and end months and years), qualifications details (including course/ graduation, institute name, country and start and end months and years) and personal details (including date of birth, gender, nationality, marital status and driving license status). In cases where this information is partly or fully omitted, we will attempt to contact the client at least 5 times over a 5 day period, by both telephone and email to collect this information. If after the 5th day, we are still not able to contact the client or the information has not been provided, we reserve the right to use arbitrary information in place of the omitted information or not include this information. In this case the ordered service(s) will be considered fully fulfilled once the service has been completed by using the arbitrary information or omitting it.
To enable you to manage all communications with these jobsites / recruitment agencies and to provide maximum privacy of your primary email address, we will create a new email account for registering with each jobsite and recruitment agency. You will need to check this mailbox on a regular basis to monitor interest from recruiters and messages from the jobsites. For creation of this account, we will be using some personal information from your profile, such as your name, address, or any other information voluntarily submitted to us on this site.

GulfCVSpecialists guarantee to continue to work on your CV until you are 100% satisfied with the final draft.
Our Complaints Procedure:
Please direct any complaints by email in the first instance to cvwriting@GulfCVSpecialists.com
When a complaint is received, the full details will be recorded by our Customer Services team, including emails, letters and telephone calls.
We aim to acknowledge all emails received within 2 working days. The customer will be given an indication of how soon a full response will be made.
Where the complaint is of a more complex nature and requires further investigation, the customer will be contacted within 5 working days and advised of this. Where it is not possible for a complaint to be resolved, the customer will be given a clear explanation in writing.
A log of all complaints received will be kept and reviewed by a company Director on a quarterly basis. Where this highlights a particular problem or pattern, this will be investigated and remedial action taken.
Cancellation Policy for Purchased Services
If you wish to cancel your contract with Gulf CV Specialists, you may receive 100% of your payment made if you cancel before you have received your first questionnaire and/or letter templates.
Following receipt of the letter templates, no refund for this service would be available.
Following receipt of your first questionnaire, if you wish to cancel your contract with Gulf CV Specialists, 20% will be deducted from the refund.
Following receipt of your core competency questionnaire (2nd questionnaire), if you wish to cancel your contract with Gulf CV Specialists, 50% will be deducted from your refund.
Following receipt of your First Draft of your CV and/or Cover Letter, if you wish to cancel your contract with Gulf CV Specialists, 90% will be deducted from the refund.
Following receipt of 5 amended drafts of your CV and/or Cover Letter, if you wish to cancel your contract with Gulf CV Specialists, 100% will be deducted from the refund.
Personal Job Hunt Manager (Search & Application): This is a subscription service and you will be charged on a monthly basis. If you wish to discontinue the service at any point of time, you can do so by contacting us, and there will be no charge from the subsequent month. However, the amount charged for the current month will be applicable and cannot be refunded.
From 1 month after the payment date, if no cancellation request has been received, our services would be considered fulfilled, no matter what stage in the CV writing process has been reached. In this case no refund would be available and further amendments would be at the discretion of the management. It is the customer's responsibility to answer all CV writing related information requests in a timely manner in order for Gulf CV Specialists complete the CV development and writing process.
Cancellations are due for the next working day where cancellations are requested outside normal working hours.
Refunds will be credited back to your card within 30 days of your cancellation order.
